Dr. Dana Robaei
Dr Robaei is an ophthalmic surgeon and anterior segment subspecialist. She completed her undergraduate medical degree with Honours at UNSW. Her ophthalmology advanced training was completed at Sydney Eye Hospital, where she also gained subspecialty fellowship training in medical retina. She then underwent a second subspecialty fellowship in complex cataract surgery and corneal surgery at the world-renowned Moorfields Eye Hospital, in London.
Dr Robaei holds a Master of Public Health from UNSW, and a PhD in ophthalmology from the University of Sydney. She is a Clinical Senior Lecturer at the University of Sydney, and a lead investigator in the Ocular Surface Disease Research Unit at Save Sight Institute.
Her areas of special interest include complex cataract surgery, corneal transplantation, and anterior segment reconstruction.
